We start by clarifying the problem, constraints and practical requirements. Where appropriate, we assess potential provider fit and may facilitate a warm introduction. A commercial arrangement is not a certification or a guarantee of a provider’s future performance.
COMMERCIAL RELATIONSHIPS
Compensation does not govern research conclusions
Aperture Research Works may have affiliate, referral, revenue-share or other commercial arrangements with selected third-party providers and may receive compensation for qualifying introductions.
Such relationships do not determine independent research findings. Where a material conflict arises, appropriate separation, disclosure, recusal or declining the work may be required. The client remains free to consider alternative providers or proceed independently.
Unless separately agreed, the third party sets its own price and terms and is responsible for contracting, implementation, delivery and support. We do not warrant its future performance.
