Aperture may accept, restrict, phase, defer or decline a matter where jurisdiction, lawful authority, evidence access, sanctions, payment practicality or professional boundaries create material concerns.
Governing language
English is the governing and preferred language for controlled professional production unless otherwise agreed. Translated or local-language editions may be provided where appropriate, but the agreed governing edition controls.
