Payments & Credits

Two ways to fund Aperture work.

Most clients simply pay for a specific approved matter. Clients who expect repeated work can choose to pre-fund service value through Aperture Credits. Credits are optional and are not required to work with Aperture.

Option 1

Pay for a specific matter

Best when you have one defined assignment or prefer to pay separately for each approved piece of work.

Process: discuss the matter → receive the scope or quotation → approve → receive a secure payment link by email → pay by credit card → payment is verified → work proceeds.

Option 2

Use Aperture Credits

Best when you expect recurring matters, multiple approved assignments, a portfolio, an Evidence Desk or another repeat-use relationship.

Process: request Credits → Aperture confirms the account and amount → receive a secure payment link by email → pay by credit card → payment is verified → Credits are issued → Credits are reserved and consumed against approved work.

Contact Aperture before making payment. Any alternative payment method or channel must be approved by Aperture in advance.

The important distinction

Normal payment

Payment relates to a specific accepted matter, project, milestone or approved commercial arrangement.

Credits

Credits represent pre-funded Aperture service value on an approved account. One Credit equals US$1.00 of Aperture service value.

Neither route changes Aperture's professional controls. Scope, matter acceptance, evidence standards, legal and compliance checks, capacity and specialist boundaries remain separate from the payment method.
