Aperture Credit Account System

A simpler way to fund repeat Aperture work.

Aperture Credits are prepaid service value held on an approved Aperture Account and used against eligible, accepted Aperture work. You do not need credits to request work or obtain a quotation.

1 Aperture Credit = US$1 of Aperture service value.

How a credit purchase works

1

Approved account

Only an approved Aperture Account can hold credits. New clients can still request work before opening a credit account.

2

Credit request

Request exactly what a quote requires, or request a larger balance for expected future work. Aperture reviews the request before payment.

3

Private payment request

Aperture provides approved payment instructions privately. We do not publish a general PayFast payment link on this website.

4

Verified allocation

Credits are created only after the payment is independently verified, matched to the correct account, amount and transaction, and recorded in the payment ledger.

What happens when you use credits

Approved work first reserves the agreed credits. When the work or agreed milestone becomes chargeable, the reserved credits are consumed. Unused reserved credits are released back to the account.

StatusMeaning
AvailableReady to use for eligible approved work.
ReservedAllocated to an accepted product, project or milestone.
ConsumedUsed against completed or otherwise chargeable agreed work.
HeldTemporarily unavailable because of a refund, chargeback, dispute, reconciliation or control review.
Example: if an account has 5,000 available credits and accepts 700 credits of work, 700 move to Reserved. When the agreed charge event occurs, those 700 become Consumed and 4,300 remain available.

Credits are not cash.

  • No interest is paid on credits
  • No general cash withdrawal facility
  • No unrestricted person-to-person transfer
  • No third-party payment capability
  • Credits do not force Aperture to accept a matter
  • Partner commissions remain a separate ledger

Refunds, taxes, foreign-exchange treatment and chargebacks are governed by the applicable account, payment and engagement terms.
