How to Pay

We email you a secure link when payment is due.

For normal Aperture work, you do not need to buy Credits or maintain a prepaid balance. Once the scope, quotation or agreed fee has been confirmed and you approve the work, Aperture sends the authorised payment link to you by email.

Standard payment method: credit card.

Use the secure payment link in the email from Aperture to complete the card payment. If you need a different payment arrangement, it must be approved by Aperture in advance.

Alternative payment arrangements

Credit card payment through the secure link emailed by Aperture is the standard public payment route.

If your organisation requires a different payment method or channel, contact Aperture before making payment. Any alternative payment arrangement must be expressly approved by Aperture in advance. Do not send money through an unapproved channel or to payment details that have not been confirmed by Aperture.

Currency, timing and verification

Quoted amount

Commercial pricing and final quotations are normally expressed in USD unless Aperture agrees otherwise in writing.

Payment verification

Required payment must be verified and matched to the relevant matter before chargeable work begins where prepayment is a condition of the engagement.

Processing time

Late or delayed settlement can affect reserved capacity, commencement and delivery timing. Urgency does not override the payment condition unless Aperture expressly agrees otherwise.

Card information

Aperture does not ask you to send full card credentials by email or message. Use the secure payment page reached through the link Aperture sends.

Credits are a separate option.

If you expect recurring Aperture work, you may choose to fund an Aperture Account with Credits. That is not required for an individual matter.
