What happens if you accept the proposal?

The proposal will identify the incorporated Engagement Terms and a validity period. If you accept it without amendment by a clear authorised email, it may become the binding agreement to the extent permitted by applicable law. Aperture will then send a secure PayFast payment link. Work does not begin until the required commencement amount has settled.

A request for a proposal is free and does not itself create an engagement or payment obligation.
