Evidence assurance
Evidence Intake Checklist
Prepare the information that allows Aperture to scope the right review without sending sensitive material too early.
Prepare these ten items
- The decision, claim or representation to be tested
- The intended use of the final output
- The documents and reports already available
- Known deadlines and decision dates
- Relevant jurisdictions
- Suspected weaknesses, disputes or contradictions
- Whether AI contributed to the material
- Who will rely on the result
- Whether legal counsel or another specialist is involved
- Known restrictions on data, confidentiality or distribution
Do not send privileged, classified, export-controlled, protected-health, regulated financial-customer or other highly sensitive material through the initial enquiry form.
Know what may responsibly be relied upon.
Start with the decision, claim or material that needs independent evidence assessment.
