Selective matter access
Detailed matter intake.
Complete this second-stage form only after Aperture has indicated that the matter may fit.
A real person will consider the question, intended decision, available evidence, appropriate scope, jurisdictional and professional boundaries, and whether Aperture Research Works is the appropriate service for the matter.
Built to move quickly
Focused scope. Less friction. Earlier decision clarity.
Aperture is remote-first and built around tightly defined questions, structured digital evidence workflows and technology-assisted discovery. That operating model can allow us to move quickly when a decision is time-sensitive, while people still control the evidence evaluation, challenge process and final judgement.
Actual timing depends on scope, source availability, complexity, jurisdiction, client response, specialist dependencies and settled payment. Speed never replaces verification.
Access begins with fit.
Aperture reviews each prospective matter before accepting it. We consider the seriousness of the decision, whether independent evidence work can add value, lawful-use and jurisdictional constraints, conflicts, source availability, professional boundaries and current capacity.
- Invitation, referral or direct approach are all acceptable routes.
- Submission does not create an engagement or guarantee acceptance.
- Client and matter information is handled on a controlled, need-to-know basis.
- We do not ordinarily publish client identities or engagement details.

Prepared matter request
If your mail app does not open, copy this prepared matter request and email it to info@apertureforensic.com.
You do not need to design the investigation yourself.
Tell us what decision, claim, transaction, dispute or uncertainty needs examination. Aperture can help define the Central Question, required evidence and smallest responsible scope.
Submission is not acceptance
Every proposed matter remains subject to lawful-authority, jurisdiction, sanctions, privacy, licensing, evidence-access, conflict and professional-boundary review. Aperture may accept, restrict, phase, defer or decline a matter.
External contact is not included by default.
External letters, third-party enquiries, interviews, subject contact and right-of-reply requests require separate written scope where appropriate. Clients should ordinarily make those contacts themselves or through their appointed professional and provide the resulting material to Aperture.
