Texas data-centre development increasingly depends on grid-interconnection evidence, not simply land and demand narratives. ERCOT and the PUCT introduced a batch process for large loads and continued to update implementation in 2026. A DESK model can maintain the evolving record across power, interconnection, transmission and site-development questions.
