Public programme framework

PARTNER PROGRAMME TERMS: THE COMMERCIAL PRINCIPLES.

Final programme approval and any binding economics are confirmed in writing. These public terms explain the default framework.

Qualifying revenue

Commission or revenue share applies only to qualifying revenue actually received by Aperture and attributable under the approved programme. Taxes, refunds, chargebacks, excluded products and non-qualifying pass-through amounts may be excluded.

No self-referral, spam or misleading promotion

Self-referrals, deceptive claims, unsolicited bulk spam, unauthorised trademark bidding, impersonation and misrepresentation of partner status are prohibited.

Disclosure

Affiliates and partners must disclose material commercial relationships where law or platform rules require it and may use only approved Aperture claims and materials.

Attribution

Standard public affiliate attribution is 90 days. Registered professional opportunities may receive written protection normally up to 120 days. A programme-specific written agreement can set a different window.

One primary commercial route

One transaction uses one primary commercial route. Commission, referral fees, partner discounts and reseller margins do not stack unless Aperture expressly approves it.

Professional and regulated compensation

Where compensation could implicate legal, financial, real-estate, investment, insurance, insolvency or other professional rules, payment is subject to the applicable restrictions and may be withheld or replaced by a non-compensated collaboration route.

Aperture delivery control

Partners do not make Aperture findings or perform Aperture client research. Aperture controls its own acceptance, scope, method, evidence, findings and delivery.
