For buyers and prospects
If Aperture contacted you about a provider, this is why.
We contact a limited number of senior decision-makers when public evidence suggests a specific commercial issue may be current or emerging and a provider we know appears relevant to that issue. We may be wrong. Our job is to explain the observed facts and the possible fit clearly enough for you to decide whether an introduction would be useful.
WE RESEARCH THE CONTEXT BEFORE WE ASK FOR YOUR ATTENTION.
We saw something specific
A funding event, expansion, hiring pattern, leadership change, operational issue, regulatory pressure or other connected evidence may suggest a live need.
We tested the hypothesis
We look for supporting and contradictory evidence before deciding whether the issue is strong enough to justify outreach.
We identified your role
We contact the person who appears commercially closest to the decision rather than spraying multiple people at the same organisation.
We ask, not assume
Our normal question is whether an introduction would be useful. We do not treat a public signal as proof that you need the product.
What happens if you say yes
YOU CONTROL WHETHER THE INTRODUCTION HAPPENS.
1You receive contextOur email explains the few facts that made the potential fit worth considering.2You decideYou can say yes, ask a question, say not now, decline, or ask us not to contact you again.3We confirm fitIf useful, we clarify the provider and why we believe the solution is relevant.4You say yesOur default is to obtain your interest before identifiable details are handed to the provider.5We introduceUsually by a simple email introduction so both sides have the same context.6Vendor takes overThe provider handles discovery, demos, proposal, pricing, contracting and delivery.7Aperture steps backWe retain only the referral visibility needed for attribution, status and agreed commercial administration.
Our role
APERTURE IS NOT THE VENDOR'S SALES TEAM.
What Aperture does
Researches the company and observable buying context.
Tests whether the commercial hypothesis is strong enough to justify outreach.
Identifies the likely decision owner.
Explains why a particular type of solution may now be relevant.
Asks whether an introduction would be useful.
What the provider does
Explains its product or service in detail.
Runs demos, discovery and solution design.
Quotes and negotiates commercial terms.
Contracts with you.
Provides implementation, delivery and support.
Commercial transparency
WE MAY BE COMPENSATED BY THE PROVIDER IF A QUALIFYING REFERRAL BECOMES BUSINESS.
Where Aperture has an agreed referral arrangement, we may receive a fee, commission or other agreed compensation from the provider if the qualifying event occurs. That commercial relationship does not allow us to invent a need, misrepresent your interest or pretend to be independent of the referral economics.
You can ask. If you want to understand whether a particular introduction is subject to a commercial referral relationship, ask us directly. We will not falsely claim that no commercial relationship exists where one does.
Your choices
NO OBLIGATION. NO INTRODUCTION IF YOU DO NOT WANT ONE.
Yes
If the fit appears useful, tell us and we can make the introduction.
Question
You can ask what we observed, why we think the provider fits, or what the next step involves.
Not now
If timing is the issue, say so. We will not treat that as a yes.
No / opt out
If the offer is irrelevant or you do not want further promotional outreach, tell us. We maintain suppression controls.
WE PREFER A FEW RELEVANT FACTS OVER GENERIC PERSONALISATION.
A strong outreach message should answer: why this company, why this issue, why now, why your role, and why this provider. We may use cautious language such as “appears”, “suggests” or “may indicate” because a commercial inference is not the same thing as a verified fact.
Our standard: the research can be deep; the email should stay short. You should be able to see the reason for contact without reading a sales essay.
Separate from Aperture client work
OUR CORE RESEARCH AND VERIFICATION PRACTICE REMAINS SEPARATE.
If you independently need Aperture Research Works to verify a material fact for your own decision, that is a separate client matter with its own scope, fee, evidence process and human-approved finding. A referral introduction does not convert you into an Aperture research client.
Choose the route that matches your situation. A real person will review your message. Formal instructions, evidence and sensitive documents should be sent by email or an agreed secure transfer route.
Do not send confidential evidence, identity documents or large files in the first WhatsApp message. We will confirm the appropriate submission route.
