Outreach governance
Outreach Privacy Notice
How Aperture Research Works handles limited professional contact information used for relevant business outreach.
Purpose
Aperture may use limited professional contact information to make relevant, targeted business contact where there is a reasonable connection between the recipient's role and an evidence problem Aperture can address.
Data minimisation
We seek to use business-context information only, such as professional name, role, organisation, public professional contact route and the public source or trigger that made the contact relevant. We do not place private CRM identifiers or personal data in public website URLs.
Choice and suppression
You may ask us not to contact you again. A clear opt-out, “not interested”, “do not contact”, or equivalent request is treated as a suppression instruction for future automated outreach.

Professional relevance, not private profiling.
Where permitted and appropriate, Aperture may use limited public professional information to understand organisational and role context for relevant communication. Sensitive personal information is not used to personalise marketing. High-value personalised communications remain subject to human review.
